Leonard Cohen: I'm Your Man
I found the Leonard Cohen documentary of all places...the Blockbuster Video store in LAKE PLACID!! WHOZAWHUDTHEFUK?!?!? HOW THE HELL DID THEY HAVE IT???? Sandy asked who Leonard Cohen was and I just told her, "He's a man who's voice is so glorious it just melts off your underwear."
Sandy and I visited the gravesite and checked out Dad's headstone. I gave him a beer. I think he would've enjoyed it. Porters are pretty tasty. I got my step-mom and little sister on Blue Moon now so I'm thrilled about that. Even more excited really that my sister has independently taken a liking to my third favorite beer. That's Newcastle for those who don't know. My sister is the shit. :) Anyway, Sandy and I took dad a beer, checked out the headstone(turned out nice), cried a bit, got beer & movies, and came back home. I gave my hair it's final green refreshment and took a nap. I just watched Harold & Kumar Escape From Guantanamo Bay. It was pretty fucking good man.
This intense feeling of loneliness has been creeping up on and riding me the past week or so.
