So... today I ate....
BREAKFAST- 1 cup orange juice, 4 strawberries, 1 slice of light American cheese, 1 small chocolate chip cookie.
Snack- 3 mint oreos.
Lunch- One ham sandwich on wheat bread- ham, mayo, lettuce, american cheese. One diet orange soda.
Dinner- Taco salad- chips, low fat refried beans, seasoned ground beef, cheese, nacho cheese, sour cream, guac, lettuce, tomatoes, and 1.5 cups of fruit salad- bananas, strawberries, raspberries, and apples. One more diet orange soda. END.
Also, I GOT A JOB- well, 1/2 of a job, but not too shabby! It's something, right! :)
