'Miraculous' Christ washes up in Texas river

MONTERREY, Mexico- Three weeks ago, a 1.5m tall fiberglass Jesus washed up on the shore of Rio Grande. The Border Patrol Police found this statue and put it in lost and found. Ever since then, christian nutjobs have been going to the lost and found to pay homage to the figurine.
"Some come to pray, and some come and just touch it," police lieutenant Daniel Morales said by telephone on Monday. The problem be that this Jesus statue be attracting many illegal Mexicans to cross the river and come see it.
They be calling this staue "The Christ of the Undocumented" and one spokeswoman for the church had this to say, "Jesus Christ manifests himself in many places, but he showed himself here in the way of an undocumented migrant"
These Jesus freaks be like junkies, aaaargh. They'd worship a coffee can if they had an excuse.
