Now that we are all on the same page, I totally squished one of those in the office today. The flying kind. It was in the reception area and the receptionist...was too busy standing on her chair screaming her fool head off to squish it. Mind you, these critters can fly so the standing on her chair? Not useful at all.
So yeah. I squished it with a office supply catalog and maintenance came up to retrieve the corpse. They'll be fumigating within the week.
Incidentally, this is not a regular problem where I work. We're not infested or anything. There's a floor that has offsite storage and whenever they get a shipment of files there are bugs in them.
