what is it about fridays?
My car won't start.
Why does this stuff always happen the afternoon before I'm supposed to leave on a long drive?? Fucking hell.
It wouldn't start last night, it was making a clicking sound. But we gave it a bit of gas and then it started just fine. And since we took it out to run errands, we had to start it several times after that. It was fine all of them. And then this morning Colin started it for me to make sure it was okay. Started fine. He had it running for several minutes before he turned it off and returned my key to me.
And then this afternoon I try to start it and it starts - and then promptly dies each time. It only runs as long as my foot is on the gas.
Fucking hell on a pogo stick.
My Dad says "This is why you have CAA. Call them, they'll tow it." Which would be great except IT'S IN A PARKING GARAGE!!! A locked parking garage at that. There is no way a tow truck is fitting in there. There's no way my car is going to fit once it's lifted enough for it to be towed.
So...I think I'm screwed?
