ahhh, Friday morning in the mountains....
Woke this morning to sun coming over the peak or the "hill" across the street, glistening on the snow draping the evergreens. Couldn't be more beautiful.
Made a couple market bags, pattern coming soon!
For those who know me, I'm not a big cat person.. that being said, someone has slammed his way into my heart. This is Therion sitting on the arm of the couch watching me knit.
Went to Nederland yesterday and met Kimba who owns the bookstore/coffee shop/gift store.
Bob's knitting is coming along. Total of about 14 hours now and he can cable cast on, knit, purl, 2x2 rib and he has casted on his first project.. your basic socks! Size 3 DPNs, Fortissima Colori. He's got an inch done so far.. waiting for his inevitable trip to the frog pond as he is a perfectionist!
Well I am off to knit this sweater for Mary, make some more soaps and watch some bad tv on the cooking channel. Have a great day everyone!
