The Station Agent
I have to give a plug to a wonderful little gem of a movie, 'The Station Agent'. It didn't get any notice at the Oscars last year (although it did get an award at the Sundance Film Festival), but it was much much better than 'Mystic River' or 'Lost in Translation'. Both were good but over-rated, IMO.
It just came out on DVD, so rent 'The Station Agent'! It only lasts 90 minutes, and I was very sorry when it ended. Great story. :)
