So, I was looking at my account with my online book club this week and noticed that I accidentally got charged twice for the first partial shipment of my last order (the infamous Order 7). I sent their customer service people a nice note pointing out the error and asking that the duplicate entry be deleted. The math, apparently, was too difficult
