See Croom get pissed off

So, I was looking at my account with my online book club this week and noticed that I accidentally got charged twice for the first partial shipment of my last order (the infamous Order 7). I sent their customer service people a nice note pointing out the error and asking that the duplicate entry be deleted. The math, apparently, was too difficult ( Read more... )

Honestly, I started out nice, though, right? Had they actually addressed the problem instead of giving me extraneous and unhelpful information, no one ever would have needed to see bitchy Croom.

Personally, my favorite line was the "Ooh! Look! A duplicate entry!" bit...
