See Croom get pissed off
So, I was looking at my account with my online book club this week and noticed that I accidentally got charged twice for the first partial shipment of my last order (the infamous Order 7). I sent their customer service people a nice note pointing out the error and asking that the duplicate entry be deleted. The math, apparently, was too difficult. This is what happens when I get pissed off...

NOTICE HOW THEY ALL ADD UP TO $75.77? NOTICE HOW THE TOTAL INVOICE FOR ORDER 7 WAS $51.88? SEE HOW THERE WERE TWO CHARGES FOR THE FIRST SHIPMENT OF $23.89? IF NOT, PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO A SUPERVISOR OR SOMEONE WHO CAN UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM.
And, yes, I left the company's name and email address in there so that you can all make wise choices when you choose a book club. Math is hard!
