I'm going to a concert tonight.
I didn't put that as a, 'Hah! I'm going to a concert tonight and you're not' type of thing. I put it to serve as a reminder to myself not to forget I'm going to a concert tonight. The Baby has asked me to go along with her to see Albert Hammond, Jr. (guitarist for The Strokes) who has a solo album coming out. Actually, I think it came out today. Anywhoodle, not one to pass up a chance to see some music, I said why the heck not. So there ya go. Now. If only she'd return the favor, as I've been informed there's a certain group playing on the 23rd at the Troubador. *winks @ Kat*

At this time I'd like to make a public plea to the Green Day boys.....*ahem*
Will at least one of you go out in public and get your damn picture taken? Go to a movie premier, go to a restaurant, go to the friggin' grocery store for crying out loud! It's been like a month since we saw Mikey at Fashion Week. I need more. I totally understand that you guys like the low-profile life, but come on! And for the record, appearing in an animated movie's trailer totally does not count.
I'm not one for begging, but my knees are getting closer to the ground, guys.
