Got a letter from DWP/ATOS on Friday, asking me to write to tell them why I didn't turn up to my ATOS PIP assessment on 16 January, if I don't want my claim cancelled.
1. My assessment was on 2 February, as shown in the enclosed photocopied letter.
2. Conflux called on 14 January at 4pm to explain we couldn't attend that time (4.30pm in Deptford, which in rush hour is up to 2 hours away so no way to collect children by 6). They couldn't offer any other appts except Deptford at 8.30am or 4.30 or later pm for the next couple weeks, which we couldn't do because of Conflux's jury service (wouldn't be able to collect kids even if I didn't want him with me.) They said they'd note it on file and we should call back in a couple weeks.
3. Apparently ATOS had no record of my request for a STTR, despite it being blatantly in the box on the second-to-last page of the sodding form.
Will see what happens with next attempt to make an appt, though it requires either me and Conflux being in the same place at the same time, or me trying NGTR. (phone is supposed to be set up for it, but havent got it to work yet.) Unless old Textrelay still works?
