I got Illinois by Sufjan Stevens today. I'd already heard most of it, but it's always nice to have the real CD. Give good artists some money! I love it. Check this man out if you haven't done so already! It's mainly acoustic/electric guitar, trumpet, piano, violins and other string instruments, xylophones, lots of other random stuff, and of course, banjo. And most of these instruments are played by Sufjan himself.

Most of the songs on Illinois have got really long names, like the second track, it's called..."The Black Hawk War, or, How to Demolish an Entire Civilization and Still Feel Good About Yourself in the Morning, or, We Apologize for the Inconvenience but You're Going to Have to Leave Now, or, I Have Fought the Big Knives and Will Continue to Fight Them until They Are off Our Lands!". Woohoo. :P Or another track is called "To the Workers of the Rockford River Valley Region, I Have an Idea Concerning Your Predicament, and It Involves Shoe String, a Lavender Garland, and Twelve Strong Women". Woohoo again!
