Mononoke Hime was Right!

If you ever have seen the brilliant animated movie "Princess Mononoke", you are sure to recall a particular scene where a Boar-God is tainted by a nearly demonic infection caused by the musketball of men who tried to kill it.
The Boar-God scene has a certain symbolism about the conflict of man and nature. The Boar wishes to exist in harmony, but the irritation of man's weapons have corrupted him. He is killed while trying to destroy a village. The warrior, Ashitaka, who kills the Boar-God is infested with the same taint and this sets up the major plot push for the film.

So why do I mention some animated movie from several years back? What does that have to do with the typical random bitchery that is 'thekamisama'?

Its just that I was reminded of the movie, it's messages and imagery.... the wonder that a meer young man could kill a living God as well as the horror of how humans exploit nature.

Just by something simple as this.

Boy in Alabama kills a real Boar-God

Hey kid, congratulations. I guess?
Hope it was worth the curse you probably got for doing it.
