Really wish weight loss happened faster. The hardest part is the damn portion control. The exercising at least three times a week isn't too bad, I only do it if I don't have work because my job is enough of a workout (walking for miles, heavy lifting, repeatedly climbing stairs) and trying to exercise after a day of that would be suicide on my muscles. I'm going cycling at night since it's too hot during the day, and if I can't motivate myself enough for that, i'll go for 30 minutes on the treadmill.
If I lose 15 pounds, I'll be back in the "overweight" category, instead of this fucking "obese" category which does not make me happy that i'm even in it! I'd love to lose 25 pounds, but we'll see what happens. I'm not even going to attempt going for the "normal" category because that means I have to lose 50-60 pounds, and that just doesn't sound healthy or possible to me.
So yeah, hopefully a positive change, just have to make sure I stick with it and avoid stuff like getting dehydrated at work so on the way home every unhealthy food/snack seems damn appealing.
But for now, off to bed, I have Hog training in the morning. I'll get to fill in all of the holes in my knowledge and maybe even improve my speed for programming on those light boards.
