Halloween and Hotpants
It sucks not to celebrate Halloween this year, but luckily the latest episode of Lost Girl - 'It's better to burn than to fae away' is up for grabs from bittorrents so that kinda makes me happy. Doccubus fans should be having a big celebration and I hope there are people out there dressing up as Bo and Lauren having a good time together :)
Somewhat coherent thoughts on this episode..... *Major Spoilers*
- The song during Bo/Lauren make out time is called Lose It by Austra.
- No Dyson in this episode! Wolf pup must be busy making out with centurion lady. That, or Kris Holden-Ried is busy promoting 'The Untitled Work of Paul Shephard'..
- Zoie Palmer has a great body, very toned and hawt! Hotpants really lives up to her reputation.
- I thought I was gonna explode when Bo and Lauren made out passionately after Bo declared she's over Dyson (for now). For a moment the world was gay and full of rainbows,cats, and Bo and Lauren live together happily ever after in a domestic bliss. Which was kinda true for like, the next 10 minutes.
- Really? Do you need to turn Lauren into some kind of manipulative lesbian? Fuck you writers.
Now we know what you mean by '... Lauren has more secrets that, when revealed to Bo, will threaten to undermine the solid foundation they have been working together to build.' Yep, that's called two timing.
- What's inside the box the Morrigan gave to Bo? Looks like something fromTiffany&Co. Is it Hotpant's engagement ring for her girlfriend that's been imbued with special Fae power?
- Dr.Lewis and Nadia reminds me of Mr.Freeze and his wife Nora from Batman: Arkham City.
- Nadia's hibernating inside Lady Gaga's egg.
- Nadia's head looks like a man's behind those thick, foggy glass. She seemed to have short hair and brunette-ish. Actually, inflatable doll's head looks like that too.
- I enjoyed the many different looks of the Morrigan. Emanuelle Vaugier is perfect to play her.
- Seriously Bo, you believed the Morrigan will fall in love with a young artist and admit it to you so easily? Writers, please don't dumb her down too much!
- Vex's hair is less vexing this time around. He actually looks a bit like Leonardo DiCaprio on bad hair day.
- I really hope Lauren's coming back next episode and got her chance to tell her side of the story, or to tell us anything new that we haven't figured out already. Like how she joined the Light and doing research to revive her hibernating gf and somehow ended up manipulating Bo because perhaps she needed the succubus life-force transfer ability.
- We need more love and muffins on Bo & Kenzi's residence. Come back Lauren! :(
