Things have been good while I've been away. I've settled into my job which I feel kind of gross about. Going back to a company should be easy, right? I guess it is just this management team and how they stick to certain rules (ie dress code) hard core and not at all to things like giving people breaks and harassing people when they call out. It is just a lot more hypocrisy and stupidity and bad management than I'm use to. So, I'm working on finding a way out.
We both have the weekend off so we've been having a great time and trying to get a nice little tan started. Yesterday we headed out to Melbourne/Indiatlantic. It was windy and we played frisbee and I just ended up running a lot. But, this adorable kid started to play with us and she sucked but that made it far better.
Today we're going to head up to St. Augustine, the oldest city, and explore the castle, the downtown, and then the beach.
Funny/unusual/strange things happen to me everyday. It is a real trip being here most of the time but I do sincerely miss home.
