Okay, I am so ready to have the keys to our home in my hot little hands. Two more sleeps until that happens.
I had my time to panic and now I've moved into my bubble of excitement. I like it much better here.
We've been spreading our house purchases out over the last year or so, so we managed to get everything new.
Except for the coffee table and dining table and chairs, everything is new. New (ridiculously big) tv, new fridge,
new appliances, new couch, new kitchen utensils. EVERYTHING! And I'm so glad we did it that way because
I've always pictured my first home with nice things. I know everybody does, but I really, really always thought I
would have nice things in a nice home. I always knew I'd manage to do that despite how poor I can get sometimes.
I saved for all of this stuff and now it's happening and shut up I'm so excited.
I pick up the keys on Thursday afternoon, then after spending the night at Cadence's we're heading to our place
together for the first time since the inspection. It's our cleaning day. Also the fridge is scheduled to be delivered
that morning. So a big, fat grocery shop is planned for that day too.
I'm so excited
I just can't.
