Theiroldstuff aka. "Ronin" aka. "Two-pop Shakur"
ninjitzoe aka. "Optimus Primeval" aka. "daughter of Louelyn Diamond Philipps and Ewan McGrego" has been traipsing around Europa with junkoftheheart aka. "The Phampire" aka. "Gymkata" aka. "Equestrian sports junkie", and I've been holding down the fort. On the first day I realized that with her out of town and my brother and cousin in san diego for the weekend, I really don't have many friends when I'm in l.a... Poor marcos. I got so bored I even ended up cleaning the apartment; when do I ever clean?
I did end up going to San Diego and got to run around town with the boys which was fun. Even though the weight loss contest is over, I've been trying to keep up with my workouts:
Thursday, run + kickbox.
Friday, kickboxing session + 1 hour of shadowboxing (just because I had so much free time.).
Saturday, training with "The Viet" aka. "Tranny mess" aka. "Truong Delonge" at Lava fitness. He's getting serious about his training, so I wanted to help him with his Muay Thai toolset if he's going to try his hand at amateur fighting.
Sunday, trail running with buasato aka. "Ninjed" aka. "Jeddy Ruxpin" and some weightlifting (now that I don't have to worry about my weight in pounds, I can do a little bit of that).
