While waiting for her dad to finish, Regan suddenly realized that she was hungry. She was too tired, from researching, to help her dad cook anything so she picked up the phone book and flipped through it. When she found the number for the local Chinese place, she dialed the number. She placed the order and found herself almost ordering for her mom too. Frowning, she ended the call and looked down at the floor

Raising the shutter on the window by his seat, Wesley looked out over the darkened countryside below, dotted with lights. He craned his neck slightly and saw a wash of light in the distance

Regan had never been on a plane for this long before. When they moved to New Haven, they had drove from LA to Texas and then to their new home. A year before, they'd taken one of the firm's jets to Denver so her mom could attend a conference. But, the plane ride to England was long, and it took her dad reading from his laptop's owner manual for Regan to finally fall asleep

When Rupert mentioned that his father had been sniffing around, Wesley found himself stiffening and glanced over as Illyria climbed into the van with Spike. The last thing he wanted was him sticking his nose into this and trying to stop this. His father had a very...strict viewpoint when it came to resurrection. In short, one didn't do it. Ever. After two long days of training and research, it was finally time to go to the sacred land to get Fred back. Regan was nervous as they drove through the night to where they needed to go. She knew she could pick up the scythe and swing it, but she was worried about what Illyria might do. Even though the demon agreed to help, Regan still didn't trust it. Hopefully, things would work out and soon she would have her mother back

Wesley stood outside the circle on the land of the Abbey, the book in his hands, watching his daughter and Illyria face each other. He knew that they had to do this - he just prayed that it worked and they hadn't been led here just to find that it was all for nothing. He wanted to hold Fred again so badly. He wanted his daughter to have her mother back
