Onward!
This is undoubtedly far too late to be starting an essay.
Luckily, I'm not doing that - I'm adding a couple of sections. This is, I admit, mostly inspired by a feeling of 'argh! There's no maths to speak of in this thing!' - which is wrong, but more can't hurt.
In other news, LaTeX is decidedly cool, and makes producing professional looking chunks of mathematics rather easy.
I got on the GeneratorGenerator bandwagon, with a random LaTeX maths expression generator - currently it seems to have a habit of overflowing the character limits the generator imposes, but the ones that fit are often amusing. Not useful, but nice wallpaper.
