I'm slightly freaking out about the fact that in just two months, I'm gonna be riding my bike 545 miles for AIDS/LifeCycle.

This is not much time. I still feel like my cycling skills are entirely inadequate for the task, mostly because I've only done one century (100 mile ride). I can't say I've mastered the century until I do one without getting ( Read more... )

As many of you no-doubt already know, I'm doing the AIDS LifeCycle ride in 2008 to help fight HIV. I just started soliciting donations in earnest yesterday and the response so far has been amazing. Ever feel like just documenting a day? Yesterday I threw a camera into my bike bag before I set off for work thinking maybe I'd see something interesting. As it turns out, there was plenty of delicious fog and even more delicious tacos!
