Hooray, a local friend has taken the bait and will be caring for my darling Baron. Remember, he only eats the most premium of caviar and sleeps on nothing but the finest silk.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Basically, I'm moving into a place where I can't bring my cat, and I've yet to find anyone willing to take care of him. I'd -really- rather not have to put him into a kitty shelter, so I'm wondering...is anyone around Atlanta willing to take on a ~2 year old tuxedo cat?
He's had his rabies shots and everything, he's been a house cat since I got his little kittyballs snipped, but he's fine outdoors, too. I just haven't been letting him out. He's amazingly fine on his own, just needs the claws trimmed a little (I have such a bitch of a time doing it myself), and he loves sleeping on the desk, wherever there's free space. You know how cats like to monopolize your things. It's the same cat I put pictures up for a couple of years back. He kept trying to play with my older cat of like ten years that didn't want a thing to do with him, which is where the only real problems came about.
So, if you can take on a cat, or at least give a reference to a REALLY good cat house (not the stripping type), let me know. GoodMews is right out, they're always full.
* Also, for those of you asking, Cassie's got a home nearby, it's just Baron that needs a place.
