Prepping for T-Day (Part 2)

Well, I just finished making the pasta salad and the homemade cranberry sauce... I'm debating whether to bake the sweet 'tatoes now or what. I know I gotta make the whipped red 'tatoes, heat up the corn (from a can... just a lil bit of cheating), put the stuffing together, make the gravy and bake up the biscuits tomarrow.
Jon & Don got the turkey (a big ass bird too) defrosting in a sterilized bucket in the basement. And Jon is cooking the turkey... I'm doing all the sides. I'm already tired... and it ain't over yet. Jon wants to clean up the house before everyone (his co-workers Jim, Vickie and Bob) come over. So that means it's gonna be a loooooooooooooong night for us. Natey is still awake too ~ he passed out unexpectedly while I was out earlier and then woke up when Jon & I came back from picking up Teh Bird.
*yawn*
Time to get back to work, me thinks.
