All of those would be too far for me to make (not that that should be a factor in your decision), but I hope I'll be able to see your show a few years down the line. Rooting for you!
My troupe wasn't really able to cover all its expenses for the Fringe, but we're a French troupe (and, despite Montreal's claim to bilingualism, the Fringe remains primarily anglophone), and our abridged Woody Allen play didn't quite hit the right note for that particular fest... But based on what I've seen at the Montreal Fringe and excerpts I've read from The Hefner Monologues, you'd fit right in.
For what it's worth, if you ever do perform here, I'd definitely be there, along with any other fellow actors I'd be able to gather.
If you can swing it, I would recommend Orlando's Fringe Festival. That's actually where I grew up, and the festival is extremely well established in that city. It is a pretty big deal, so much so that I was rather surprised when I came to DC and discovered that the Fringe Fest here has only been around for two years.

It probably couldn't hurt to go for the City Paper, Baltimore's alt-weekly.
