Posting Meme, Dec 11th - Pitch an episode (H50)
You're in the writer's room for H50. What is the pitch for your dream episode?
I can't help myself--it would have to be a Fake Boyfriends plot. Or Fake Husbands. I would make up some ridiculous plot that TPTB would love: a high powered lawyer/real estate developer/CEO would be found dead and he would turn out to have ties to a gun running yakuza/drug dealing mysterious accented crime syndicate/eastern European assassin but also an ex-boyfriend who was a tad cranky about the breakup so in order to cover all bases Steve and Danny would have to spend the entire episode at a couple's resort to investigate. They would have to hold hands and address each other by pet names and share a bed and slow dance together and Danny would complain about Steve being way too tall and Steve would be all "Danny, couldn't you at least shave if you are going to pretend to nuzzle me?" and they'd be all kinds of cute and it would be the best episode EVER.
Oh, and I'd add a big long car chase at the end, and a shootout, and the murderer would turn out to be the pizza delivery guy because he didn't get a big enough tip or something profound like that.
