Recipe All-Call
So! I've reached the point in this incubating process when I am beginning to look to the future. Immediately following the birth of this child, life is going to be INSANE and HECTIC. I'm thinking that it would be a very good thing to have a stock of pop-in-the-oven casseroles and meals that won't take much to get table ready. It also makes sense to me that if I am going to do this, a test run might be in order!
I've got one or two recipes that freeze pretty well. But I'd really like to have more options. So I'm asking all of you for your recipes: casseroles, sides, main courses that will freeze nicely.
If you know of someone who has a recipe that would work, I'd love to know about it! I've been remiss in collecting recipes because I don't list cooking as one of my favorite things to do. But, I realize that whether I like it or not, life after this bean comes will be a lot simpler if i can just grab something out of the freezer and poke it in the oven for an hour. And thankfully, I can do most of the putting-together before the bean arrives.
