as if i didn't have enough reason to never offer my business to Lisa Ross again, now the claim they 'refiled' for services rendered back in July was 'refiled' under the wrong provider name, hence, the insurance company refused to pay any of it!
so i've just got off the phone with the insurance company for the fifth time about this ONE claim. the gal i talked to talked to Lisa Ross employee and they are going to file a 'corrected' 'refiled' claim.
if they'd done it correctly and in a timely manner the first time around, this would be resolved already! and they would have issued me a check for the $25 they overcharged me in July!
