Last night I was at the World Wildlife Fund's open house presentation on the Mackenzie Basin and one of the sponsors there was Bullfrog Power. By charging you an extra $0.02 per kilowatt hour, you can be using 100% wind power. I signed up that night. You still get your regular power from EPCOR or whoever and you still pay them as normal.
