Pretty much if you've ever ridden in my car, you know that i don't lock my car no matter where i go. The one time i wondered if i should lock it was when i was at Simon's and i asked Chelsea if i should have. He lives in a gated community and Chelsea promptly replied, "This is the one time you don't need to."
The reason why i don't lock my car is twofold. First of all, i just find it convenient to not have to fiddle with the key to open the door (my alarm stopped working ages ago). Secondly, i just have this unusual level of faith in people. Sure people can do wrong, but i have faith and i believe in redemption.
Well, Rudolph Hitler got kidnapped from the armrest compartment in front of a friend's house tonight. The one thing of value i keep in my car was stolen. I'm not going to lie, i felt my temperature rise when i realized what had happened, but i cooled off soon after that and just became sad and disappointed. Honestly though, i think i would have been angrier had they stolen the two hats i have in there. I love my hats.
However, this gives me an excuse to buy a new iPod, which i've been wanting, so i am debating between getting an iPod Touch and saving my money for necessary items like gas, food, and rent. The thing that bothers me most is wondering what i will now listen to when i drive.
Not the biggest bus that has hit me.
