Hittin the groove...

  Hit the lower body last night with deadlift and Bulgarian split squats. For some reason I can't front squat; it fucks up my wrists and shoulders and I need a squat rack to do back squats so I am down two lower body exercises. Fuck. Instead I worked the biceps with various curls, shoulders and core with hanging clean and press, and shoulders/back with shoulder ups (more than a chin up because your shoulders clear the bar). Stuffed myself with a burrito and played Skyrim for tooooo long. Tonight, repeat and add a 22 of Boatswain or Stone IPA.

Feeling great right now, at least physically and mentally. Emotionally, not so much. I miss being in a relationship with a girl I really connect with; someone that gets me, or at least tries to. I miss going out, with no plan or intentions, and just having fun wandering the world with someone that is content to do just that. What I really miss is rainy day movie marathons on the couch. (I know, I know...what a fucking softy, right? Well fuck that; anyone that doesn't enjoy having their arms wrapped around someone while watching movies on a rainy day is a fucking psychopath.) But I digress, this is supposed to be about me getting ripped and not my emotional problems.

Tonight is P90X biceps, triceps, and back + ab ripper x along with bench press. Lock it out, baby!
