Double Whammy Despite Dispair
Came home from another day at the part time Toy Shop job.
Despite using a big cuddly dinosaur to do most of the in-shop chores,
a line from The Street's Original Pirate Material springs to mind: "Has it come to this?",
and would I ever get out of cheesey Swindon retail jobs, and into writing/subbing/print, etc.
A pleasant surprise then, to come home and find CNET's GameSpot had phoned whilst I was out, and Paul of Xleague.tv/DailyStar is cool to meet up next weekend.
Too big companies contacting ickle me.

In the meanwhile, the inflatable event in the town centre is at risk, because, it is against InSwindon's policy to allow any money to be exchanged in the town centre, even if you have a street trading license. W....T.....F...!?!?
You're only allowed direct debits, you can't have a till, sell items, or give people change. O_O. Durrr!
