Holy Crap An Earthquake!
There was a HUGE earthquake this morning at 7:08 followed by a rather large aftershock. CNN has the details better than I can relay at this moment. I went to work only to be told by the GM that we should go home, and after that I've been hanging at my mom-in-law's house. Right now me and emma are at home enjoying the wonders of electricity (it was off here until 1 or so) and then we'll go back there where HOPEFULLY by now it'll be back on. On Oahu it won't be on in some places until late at night, and given how bad the quake was Lost may have some trouble with the episode they're currently shooting. Thankfully, a lot of the death and destruction which may have occured didn't happen because it was early early sunday morning. For example, at the county building, huge cement planters on the side of the building came crashing down. These things were huge, and fell from a 4 story building.
