"Access Denied"
(An open post because I need all my online friends and associates to know)
"Access Denied" is what appeared on my screen today when I tried to log into my yahoo mail from work. Like something straight out of an old sci-fi movie. The company's new software has indeed blocked access to our private web-based E-mail sites.
This means that NOBODY can reach me during working hours unless they have either my work E-mail address or one of my telephone numbers. :(
The work E-mail address is also tricky, because one of my friends today sent me a message and it was temporarily detained. I suspect that there will be much scruitiny of anything that doesn't come from clients.
I'm trying to find a nearby internet cafe that has enough computers for at least one to be spare during the lunch hour. It's like hunting for gold... :(
Now here's the really absurd part. At the present point in time I'm still able to access *ALL* of the web comics that I read at work, the associated forums and even the Yahoo website itself, just not the E-mail login. Where's the logic in that?
