Parallels

Around this time last year I temporarily quit smoking (I'd like to think I'm a social smoker at best), and then around that same time *IT* happened. But IT lasted only for quite some time, after which I returned to this vice, even more heavily than before.

Because of my utter stupidity and agit-ness to watch the CMC Wildcats in their first volleyball game (they won because Team NCPAG chickened out and failed to show up), I left my yosi and lighter at Batibot with Joseph Pascual and Kevin Tabora.

Which led me to rethink that the loss of my original Cricket lighter and a full pack of cigarettes would do me good. And coupled with my resolve to jog with Dang Bantilan tomorrow, I've decided to quit again. Hahaha. Let's see how far I'd go. I'm more vulnerable than ever though.

As to whether another *IT* would happen I'm not even going to think about the possibility. Hearts are broken when hopes are kept up. I'll just go with the flow. (And so far, I'm liking the flow heehee).

Update: Joseph gave my lighter to Kevin. Hmmmm. I'll prolly ask Kevin to keep it awhile. Or I'll get it back from him next week. I'm not changing my mind.
