four more days...
So, crazy fall schedule for me. I'd gotten used to a mellow summer, then all of a sudden got a ton of jobs. Which were all really great opportunities and theoretically were supposed to work out schedule-wise. Of course, they didn't. Two of them both went a month over schedule because they ended up being so complicated. (But they were both really cool projects, can't wait for them to be released!) Old jobs came back to haunt me with new out of the blue revisions. But finally! All those are done! Now I have the jobs left that I should have been working on but couldn't because of those older jobs. The current ones are relatively small though - a magazine cover and two spreads for a school book. All due this Wednesday. And then I'm in the clear! (Mostly... I've got a chapter book due in December, so low stress on that one.) Whew.
Looking forward to not doing all-nighters and being stressed out! And then I can finally finish some writing and then do some reading! Oh happy day!
