Late by...well weeks now, here's day nine's entry as it was on my mind earlier today.

1. The wheel of fortune. Not the TV program but the actual Wheel of Fortune as depicted in various art forms. Some days I feel on top of the world and a few days later I'm being rolled over by the wheel of fate. Everything is very circular and in motion right now. I feel dragged along by the fates though I've chosen to react to my circumstances a lot differently than I use to do.
2. The Magic Mirror Gate. This quote below, and moment really, has always stayed with me since I first watched The Neverending Story. I oftentimes wanted people to see past my physical self and see my true self (I also often felt that I was both Beauty and the Beast). Right now I feel that this is a test and that I'm having to see myself for who I am before I can move forward.
Engywook: Next is the Magic Mirror Gate. Atreyu has to face his true self.
Falcor: So what? That won't be too hard for him.
Engywook: Oh, that's what everyone thinks! But kind people find out that they are cruel. Brave men discover that they are really cowards! Confronted by their true selves, most men run away screaming!
