NaNo2012, day seven: I cycled ALL the miles and wrote ALL the words

Packing I Have Done: Sweet FA
* I don't actually have a character called Bushy Eyebrows. My MC is being a sulky bitch. Which is fair enough, considering she's a slave and they've just bought her. I think she's allowed to be a bit stroppy about life right now. Also she just tried to punch the poor bugger which is why he's all dusty, haha.
Huzzah! Back on form! 2,053 words written today. And I'm enjoying writing them, too. Basically I cut out a huge chunk of story, stuck it in my deleted scenes folder (I never delete anything completely in NaNo, it's a massive waste of wordcount) and rewrote the scene from a different angle. It's working much better now. Before, Saxen just wasn't himself - now he's back to being an arsehole. And this way I think I get to have a random fight scene. Or, rather, random would-be-a-fight-if-attacker-wasn't-hopelessly-outclassed-by-Saxen scene. Good times all round!
