1.) This show does not work as a cast of thousands.  Can we please go back to 4 good guys and random assorted bad guys?

2.) I now know why they're bringing in Kensi instead of one of the others from NCISLA, but I still think it's weak premise.  And I'm waiting to see who it is with "a friend in LA" who can lipread the video.
