• Danny did it again! And only like 3 minutes out of the gate. Ever notice he never says that to *anyone* else?
• Kono made a "Where's Waldo?" joke.
• I was ROTFL over Steve misunderstanding Danny's "I heard a cry for help" and kicking in the door. It really is a 'hit you over the head' thing, regarding the Danny thinks one!way, Steve thinks a different!way, but Danny calling him a Neanderthal and being so dkja;kdfjadksfjas;ldkjf over Steve being Steve was brilliant.
• It was very sweet of Steve to handle the widow for Danny. He could see that while obviously neither of them WANTED to do it, Danny really, really didn't want to.
• Their little heart to heart in the car was very *awwww!* making. Poor Steve, two parents killed.
• I loved Kono not letting Chin's ex off the hook for abandoning him.
• "Please don't make me wear flowers." Silliest line evah!!! It needs to be an icon. And then Steve gets him to take off the tie. SO CUTE THESE TWO!
• The hallways on that cruise ship are ridiculously wide.
• "You got me and super SEAL." LOL! Oh, and Danny saying "Don't say it" when Steve was about to say "Book 'em Danno." Though, really the last time that came up, Danny said he liked it. And then it didn't come up again for weeks.
• The discussion of Danny's 14 year pukeless streak was... odd. Especially as Danny was really bipolar during that chase. "OMG TRUCK! OMG GO FASTER! OMG TRUCK!"
• The staged argument ending with "you do your thing and I'll do mine" was awesome! Nice little code-talking going on there. :) I love scenes where it's clear partners *get* each other and *trust* each other.
• Doing math... Steve's mom died in 1992. He was 16. Doing math... he was born in '76. So he's 34ish now. Good to know.
• And wow, not just two parents killed, two parents dead of homicide. And a father who possibly lied to Steve about it. Hm... thinky stuff.
