 My sister is a first grade teacher in the Bronx. She just started at a new school and spent some time this summer, getting her classroom ready as they added her class to the 2 other 1st grade classes. It’s shaped up quite nicely except for the fact that her library has no books. She’s on a tight budget so there’s only so much she can buy.
