half-way there

The month is half gone and my word count is just barely over the half-way point: I'm at 26,635! I'm so proud of myself - I've never written this much in so little time. In fact, I don't think I've ever written this much, period. My longest project before is currently a bit over 23,000 words. This story is beating it and I've managed not to lose too much interest in it.
Speaking of interest, I really must get back and write - I want a nice cushion again!
