I don't know how they deal with it in other countries, but IKEA has a shelf called "Jerker." In Sweden it's a rare boys' name, but I can imagine most Anglophones don't know that.

Honda caused a massive outbreak of dirty jokes in Norway a few years ago, when they decided that "Fitta" was a good name for a car. In Norwegian that translates to "the cunt," and of course everyone started coming up with slogans like "Room enough for the whole family!" It eventually got changed to "Jazz."
