For a Friend :)
This one was taken back when we first got the boats. There were several of this guy's friends lined up on the log with him, but they all took off before I could get in a good position and get the camera ready. I like to imagine that this old fellow had been around long enough that he knew the deal and that I was no threat. For whatever reason, he let me snap this shot and it's a happy one for me. Could there be a better way to pass a sunny afternoon than laying around sunning oneself?
Okay, that was a rhetorical question..and yes, I can imagine some ways of spending the time that might possibly be a little better...however, it is a good reminder of the pleasure of just laying back and taking things easy once in awhile!
