[Morgana is curled up in a loveseat with a book on her lap, next to her is rather large mug of tea with a spoon that has been stirring itself for the past half hour. She's lost in her thoughts and her nose is a bit red despite herself though her eyes are completely dry..

{Arthur's not sure he likes this. He's just going to move your feet and slide under them so they're on his lap and wait}

[This does manage to get her attention and she's going to look at him for a moment but she doesn't say anything at first.

Her breath hitches as she wants to cry all over again but she stops herself.]

One would think of all the sins that I, or any mirror of mine, had ever committed that harming the only two people that truly loved me when I thought that I had no family wouldn't be one of them. [Her voice is low] That I would have the sense ... that I wouldn't be twisted enough to actually consider trying it let alone actually attempting it ... [she stops.]

{Bites her lip, looking down} Morgana?

[She hears Gwen's voice and she turns her face downward for a moment] I don't know how you can even stand to talk to me.

Because that makes it all so much simpler? [Tone bitter. Remember that voice Morgana uses after a particularly bad nightmare and she is trying to push you away Gwen? Yeah that one. Times eight] I've done horrible things Gwen. Things she can't have even imagined herself capable of doing yet. If she can willingly hurt you when she hasn't even ... [Morgana doesn't even want to think where her mirror might be headed] I'm no better than she is.

[He's not going to assume this is the Morgana he's come to know right away, in fact he sure it isn't. Merlin approaches her with a smile (his best offense).]

[She wants to punch two people. Gwen's Morgana and younger, self-righteous Merlins. Don't push it. That smile is quite the offense and she stiffens.

However, she forces herself to calm. She isn't going to hold her irritation with one Merlin on them all ... and this one isn't casting stones. But oh how interesting it is that the Merlin she is irritated is this one and she doesn't even know it]
