For most of my life, some person, whether it be a friend or a parent, has teased me in some way about my gothiness and my love/fascination for the Cure.  They always say how depressing the Cure's music is.

This is so odd I don't know if I can even comment on it much more than that. This has all sorts of red flags raised in my world, but maybe in Japan, it isn't so bad.  I don't know.  But the next Monsanto-sponsored concert that happens in the US in 40 years, I will skip, thankyouverymuch.

What the hell is wrong with the music industry nowadays...

Hidden tracks on CDs are annoying.

Even more annoying is when you've ripped them to an iPod.

That said, I just listened to my entire Nirvana catalogue.  It took me almost all day.

 I re-experienced Muse again in Portland.  The last time I saw them was at the Theatre of the Clouds, which is half the Rose Garden.  This time, it was the whole venue.  During the show, I was just observing everything going on around me.   From the 14 year old Twilight fans two rows ahead, to the Hillsboro ex-couple who planned on a good 'hate ( Read more... )
