In other news, I just made some mead. OK, I didn't just make it. I made it a year ago. I just bottled it. I've been enjoying the shit out of it, really. It is excellent and super simple to make. It just takes time. I'll probably make another batch soon. I also made a chocolate porter this weekend. We'll see how it turns out. So far, the yeast hasn't taken off, so I may have to re-innoculate it.
