[Despite how careful Amelia is when it comes to kidnappers and bad men, Amelia still runs into the very same robots that Nicholas mentioned. She tries to run, and when that doesn't work she fights, but there's only so much a kid can do against huge metal idiots determined to take her away.
She's not gone for long, however. Just long enough to be sent back as her normal, nineteen year old self. By early afternoon there's a frustrated young woman making her way through the plaza, hands held protectively across her chest. Just taking her isn't bad enough, no. The jerks had to send her back in one of those blasted New Feather dresses again, and when it's cold at that.
Amelia really hates this place sometimes. Like now. Now would be a prime example.
At some point, she'll actually open the journal. Might as well get her bearings back. Funny thing is that Amelia herself is nowhere to be seen. Just an empty space in the clothing shop, which is closer to where she woke up than her house. Plus, there's no chance she's letting Vash see her in that damn dress, again.]
It's Amelia. I'm back. [And if someone listens closely enough, they might figure out that she's also changing. Best way to keep the book from recording that, she figures, is to purposely set it up outside the dressing room.] I got taken by those metal things--I don't even know when. I'd appreciate it if anyone could fill in a few details.
[ooc: And Amelia's no longer a kid. Feel free to recognize her, though; she's lost the freckles, but her hair is a pretty distinguishable color. She doesn't remember being a child yet, but she will eventually. Burst her bubble?]
