Tis the season to be jelly
Tuesday 3rd December:
Alarmingly hungover considering I only had two pints. Allowed myself a lie in till 10.00 then groggily attempted Duo Lingo over breakfast then yoga.
Did a bit of admin, invoicing up to date, etc. No other imminent work so took the opportunity to do some more online Christmas shopping. Spent about 350 quid but the good news is that's almost everything done now. Could do with a couple more things for Andy, Mum, maybe Sam. And Daisy, but she's easy.
Was just about to head out after lunch when I got an email from BW asking if I could fit in a 13 hour job this week. Just about perfect. The money gods are really smiling on me at the moment. Just as well really. Thanks guys.
Again an urge to run in woods so trotted along the Ridgeway and up to Moat Mount. Muddy but fun although my trainers are on their last legs. Ended up at the Broadway and bought a few more provisions then popped into the library on the way back. Early night snuggled up in bed with Adrian Edmondson (fun) and a book about the aftermath of the war in Germany (less fun).
