If life had a sense of humor

It would have laughed along side us yesterday, when after 2 and 3/4 hours of watching Titanic with the Drama Club I came home to Marc with a cooler filled with ice so we could salvage what was left in our broken fridge.

It would be funnier if it wasn't the third major appliance to go down since we moved in.

It's hard to think we're not contributing to it in some way, but I use the washer, he uses the oven, and we both use the fridge.

Maybe it's a perfect storm.

I wish we both were better at not taking things personally.

I had what couldn't only be called mini-flashbacks this week to 2013 when we were producing Love's Labour's Found. Perhaps one of the most stressful times in my life with an interesting comedown and this round was much more muted, and nice.

I still feel like I am pulled between places and peoples, after the show I was anything but present, but that is the life I am working through right now.

It's another week. Summer is here.
