Andrea and I got so robbed on this Iron Chef thing. It's like salon all over again T____T!!
But it's cool because when we got back to school in the parking lot I took my little creme brulee torch and burned our score cards XD It was fun. Yeah.
So we ended up making chocolate-mint-raspberry creme brulee, with a little dollop of raspberry chantilly cream, mint leaves, and a piece of chocolate as garnish. I thought it was amazing, and after seeing everyone else's and tasting them, I think we should have gotten second place. Alas, it was not to be. I think one of the judges just didn't like it, and so that really brought down our score. But, there is no score. Know why? Cuz we burninated it =P
Apparently there will be another competition at the end of spring semester. I'll prove myself then o.o!! Believe it!
*ahem* So now that all the festivities are over, tomorrow I get to buckle down and start studying. But for now, I don't have to get up early tomorrow, and I have a book to finish. So later, dudes :)
